"ShopNShip" an international shipping service.

How does making a purchase through various marketplaces and have it shipped internationally works? Is it complicated?

FastShip has launched a new service under the name “ShopNShip”, a service that makes purchasing from any marketplaces or online stores and ship it internationally easier, done in just a few steps. It’s highly convenient. You can make a purchase for any products from Thailand where ever you are in this world.

Shipment Procedure

1. Fill in the order information. (Add Shop Item)

Go to the “ShopNShip” menu where you’ll see the name, id, and address information. Fill in this information as the buyer’s information on the marketplaces or any online stores you’re buying from.

After the order has been placed, fill in the order information from the website you’ve placed an order to the system.

  • Channels of purchase, for instance, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and others. If the channel you’re purchasing from isn’t on the list, please select “others”.
  • The order reference number or store name is an order number from the marketplaces or any online stores you’re buying from.
  • Tracking number, The tracking number from every purchases made through the marketplaces or any other online stores shipping to FastShip has to be filled. If the tracking number is still unknown at the time the order has been made, you can fill in the tracking number later by going to the “ShopNShip” menu. Select “Order waiting to be shipped”. And select the order that you need to fill in the tracking number.
  • Fill in the product detail (in English only), the quantity of purchase, and its total value (in Thai Baht). We recommended you to provide full detail. If you’ve ordered more than one type of product, please click on the “Add a new shipment” button.

2. Order waiting to be shipped (Shop list)

Upon completing the order, you’ll be navigated to the Shop list page, the order status would appear as “Sending to FS”.

When the shipment arrives at FastShip, you’ll be notified with “FS has received the package”. You can track the order from the status column on the Shop list menu specified as the order awaiting to be shipped.

For orders without the tracking number, please fill in the tracking number to the system accordingly as this might resulted in a lost shipment or a problem in the shipping process.

Next, you’ll be able to select the order that you wish to ship overseas. You can combine various orders into one shipment, but only for orders with the “FS has received the package” status.

 

After you’ve made a selection, click on the “Create a shipment request” button.

you’ll receive a notification via LINE.

After the shipment request has been created, a list of orders you wish to combine would appear. Next, fill in the receiver’s name and address accurately and in full detail, then click on the “Send the shipment request” button. The receiver’s detail must be filled only in English.

FastShip would investigate the shipment by weighing and measuring the size. After the investigation has been completed, you’ll receive a notification to process further.

3. Shipment awaiting confirmation (Shipment List)

Upon receiving the notification, please go to the “Shipment waiting for confirmation” menu. The status would change to “Ready”, click on the “Confirm Shipping” button for further processing.

The information will be sent to the Confirm Shipment page. Select your preferred third-party shipping agent. Then, click on the “Confirm Shipping and Proceed To Payment” button.

4. After the confirmation has been made, a Pickup ID and ‘Proceed To Payment’ button will appear.
