FastShip now offers drop-off at 1,432 Thailand Post offices nationwide

Customers can leave their parcels at a drop-off point for convenience and to save time. After creating a shipment on the website, customers can print the shipping label and track the domestic leg of the parcel to FastShip’s warehouse in the system themselves.

  1. Create a shipment in the system
  2. Print the Thailand Post label
  3. Stick the Thailand Post label on the box
  4. Drop it off at a Thailand Post drop-off point (Business Customer counter)

Shipping via a drop-off point takes just 4 steps

1. Sign up and enter the parcel details

Create the shipment in FastShip’s system: enter the parcel weight and size and the sender and recipient addresses, and choose to ship via a Thailand Post drop-off point.

2. Pay

After you confirm your order, you can pay straight away by QR payment or credit card. See how to pay. When the parcel arrives at FastShip’s warehouse, our staff will check its weight and size again and notify you of any additional charges (if any). You will then receive the tracking number for your international shipment by email.

3. Print the label and stick it on the parcel

4. Drop the parcel off at a Thailand Post office

Terms of service

  1. Before dropping off a parcel, you must create the shipment in FastShip’s system at least 2 hours beforehand, and pack the goods and stick the label from the system on the parcel.
  2. Thailand Post offices are open Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 and Saturday 08:00–12:00.
  3. Compensation for damage or loss is the actual value of the damaged or lost item, up to a maximum of 1,000 THB per piece. Thailand Post is not responsible for damage or loss caused by weak packing or wrapping.
  4. Delivery time (from the drop-off point to FastShip) is within 1–3 business days from the date of drop-off.
