– คำนวณยอดส่งพัสดุสะสมตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 67 เวลา 0.01 (เที่ยงคืน) จนถึง 11 พฤศจิกายน 67 เวลา 23.59 น. (ทำรายการและชำระเงิน) และพัสดุต้องถูกส่งออกจริงภายในวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 67 เท่านั้น
–  Top Spender จะต้องมียอดส่งพัสดุสะสมภายใต้แอคเค้าท์เดียวกันเท่านั้น
–  สำหรับผู้ที่ส่งพัสดุผ่านทางสาขา บริษัทจะนับยอดสะสมจาก เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ผู้ส่ง เบอร์เดียวกันเท่านั้น กรุณาตรวจสอบเบอร์ให้ถูกต้องขณะทำรายการ

การประกาศผลรางวัลและการรับรางวัล
–  ประกาศรายชื่อลูกค้าที่ได้รับรางวัลภายในวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 67  ที่ www.fastship.co
–  ทีมงานจะติดต่อลูกค้าที่ได้รับรางวัล เพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดการรับของรางวัลในลำดับถัดไป
–  ผู้ที่ได้รับของรางวัลจะต้องชำระค่าภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ด้วยตนเอง ในวันที่รับของรางวัล
–  ผู้ได้รับของรางวัล จะต้องแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันสิทธิ์ในการรับของรางวัลดังต่อไปนี้

•  สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนที่ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับ FastShip
•  บัญชีไลน์ที่ใช้สมัครสมาชิก FastShip
•  อีเมล์แอคเค้าท์ที่ใช้งานส่งพัสดุไปต่างประเทศกับ FastShip

–  หากไม่สามารถรับรางวัลเองได้ และมีประสงค์ให้ผู้อื่นรับรางวัลแทน บุคคลนั้นจะต้องมี

•  ใบมอบอำนาจ
• สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้มอบอำนาจ ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับ FastShip
• สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ

เงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติม
–  สมาชิก 1 ท่าน สามารถรับรางวัลได้สูงสุดเพียง 1 รางวัล
–  ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอย่างอื่นได้
–  หากตรวจสอบได้ว่ามีการทุจริต ทางบริษัทจะถือว่าเป็นโมฆะทุกกรณี
–  ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและของรางวัลได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
–  เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

Campaign Period and Eligibility:

Calculate the total number of parcels shipped from 00:01 AM on November 1, 2024, to 11:59 PM on November 11, 2024. Only parcels that are shipped out on November 15, 2024, will be counted.

• Top Spenders: Must have a cumulative shipment total under the same account.
• Branch Customers: The cumulative total will be calculated based on the same sender’s phone number. Please ensure the correct number is entered during the transaction.

Prize Announcement and Claiming:

• The winners will be announced on November 25, 2024, at www.fastship.co.
• Winners will be contacted to arrange prize collection.
• Winners must pay a 5% withholding tax at the time of prize collection.
• To claim the prize, winners must present the following:
  • A copy of their ID card matching the name registered with FastShip.
  • The LINE account was used to register for FastShip.
  • The email address used to ship parcels internationally with FastShip.
• If unable to claim the prize in person, an authorized representative can claim on their behalf with a notarized power of attorney, along with copies of both parties’ ID cards.
• Each member is entitled to only one prize.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• Any fraudulent activities will result in disqualification.

General Terms and Conditions:

• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or prizes without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.
