Criteria for judging and distribution of prizes:

– The winners must collect their prizes in person or be shipped to a designated address. Winners are responsible for all shipping costs. Suppose a winner chooses to have someone else collect their prize on their behalf. In this case, they must provide a written authorization letter along with copies of the IDs of both the winner and the authorized representative. The winner must also present their original ID, household registration book, and copies of both documents for verification.

Prizes can be collected at Fastchip Company Limited or a designated location during business hours for 15 days after the prize is announced. The winner’s name and phone number as stated on the ID and authorization letter must match the information in the parcel delivery system.

Failure to collect the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

– Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 baht or more must pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value according to Revenue Department Order No. T.P. 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, in conjunction with Revenue Department Order No. T.P. 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001.

– The decision of the committee is final and conclusive.

– Employees of FastShip Company Limited, FastShip franchise buyers, branch owners, affiliated companies, and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
