เกณฑ์การตัดสินและการแจกจ่ายสิ่งของรางวัล
– ผู้โชคดีต้องมารับรางวัลด้วยตนเอง หรือจัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่ที่ได้ทำการตกลงกันไว้ ผู้โชคดีจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าดำเนินการจัดส่ง ในกรณีให้ผู้อื่นมารับแทนต้องมีหนังสือมอบอำนาจพร้อมสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนผู้มอบอำนาจและผู้รับมอบอำนาจ โดยนำหลักฐานบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ทะเบียนบ้าน พร้อมสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง 1 ชุด และมาแสดงเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการขอรับรางวัลที่บริษัท บริษัท ฟาสต์ชิป จำกัด หรือตามสถานที่ที่กำหนด ในวันและเวลาทำการ ภายใน 15 วัน นับแต่วันที่ทำการประกาศผลรางวัล โดยชื่อจริงและเบอร์โทรศัพท์ของผู้โชคดีที่ปรากฎในหลักฐาน จะต้องตรงกับข้อมูลผู้ส่งพัสดุในระบบ หากไม่มารับภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
– ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระภาษีรางวัลชิงโชคหัก ณ ที่จ่าย จำนวน 5% ของมูลค่าของรางวัลตามคำสั่งสรรพากรที่ ท.ป. 4/2528 ลงวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2528 ประกอบคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ท.ป.104/2544 ลงวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2544

Criteria for judging and distribution of prizes:
– Winners must claim their prizes in person or have them sent to an agreed address. Winners will be responsible for shipping costs. If someone else is to claim on behalf of the winner, a power of attorney letter along with copies of ID cards of both the authorizer and the authorized person must be provided.
– Winners must present their ID card, house registration, and one set of certified copies as evidence to claim the prize at FastShip Company Limited or at a designated location during business hours within 15 days from the date of the prize announcement. The real name and phone number of the winner appearing on the evidence must match the sender’s information in the system. Failure to claim within the specified period will be considered a waiver of rights.
– Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 baht or more must pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value according to Revenue Department Order No. T.P. 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, in conjunction with Revenue Department Order No. T.P. 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001.
– The decision of the committee is final and conclusive.
– Employees of FastShip Company Limited, FastShip franchise buyers or branch owners, affiliated companies, and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
