How to provide proof of identification.

1. Log in to FastShip system

Go to “My Account” >> “Go to “My Info”

2.Upload proof of identification

Documents must be government-issued documents. And must show the following information
– Name
– Date of birth
– Address

*The name on the card must match the Name of the account holder applied for FastShip
**Documents must be correct and complete. Expired documents cannot be used in this verification process.
