Duties & Responsibilities
To respond to customers’ contacts, register their requests and respond to their inquiries as per company standards and procedures and ensure providing excellent customer service
Job Description:
  • Handle and provide solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, claims, service guarantee requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle incoming calls, LINE and inquiries from other channels for pick – up, service information, complaints
  • Update record, follow up and feedback customers – Recommend solutions to service concerns / problems
  • Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

 

Qualification
  • Female, Thai Nationality, age 22-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Min. 1-3 years of working experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales or related fields
  • Computer MS office applications
  • Customer Centric personality with a excellent service mind
  • New graduates are welcome
