Duties & Responsibilities
To respond to customers’ contacts, register their requests and respond to their inquiries as per company standards and procedures and ensure providing excellent customer service
Job Description:

 

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Handle and provide solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, claims, service guarantee requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Update record, follow up and feedback customers – Recommend solutions to service concerns / problems
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

 

Qualification
  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 22-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales or related fields
  • Experience in Logistics / eCommerece / Managing team is preferred
  • Computer MS office applications
  • Customer Centric personality with a excellent service min
  • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
  • problem-solving skills, Good leadership skills
