1. Go to the Profile menu. Tap the Verify button.
Choose your identity verification method (ID card or passport).
Enter your card number and phone number to receive an SMS to verify your identity.
2. Click on the link to verify your identity via SMS.
3. Tap the "Take Photo" button to take a photo of the card.

(Scan an ID card or passport in the specified frame.)

4. Tap the "Start Selfie" button to scan the face.
5. Face scan within the specified fram

(move your face by following instructions.)

6. Verification complete

How to scan an ID card or passport

  1. Place the card in the specified frame.
  2. The detail on the card must be seen clearly.
  3. Be the card in a well-lit area with no glare to interfere.
  4. Do not use your fingers to cover the card.
  5. ID card or passport must not expire.
  6. The information on the scanned card must match the name of the subscriber who registered the Fastship account.

  1. Do not wear hats, glasses, or masks. Don’t let anything hide your face.
  2. Scan the face within the specified frame.
  3. Be in a well-lit area.
  4. You must be certain that your face and the photo on your ID card or passport match.

and documents must not be older than 6 months.
3.FastShip has received the documents. Checking in progress.

  1. The company license attached must match the company name registered.
  2. A copy of a company license, no longer than 6 months prior to the submission date, together with the company seal
  3. Supported file extensions: “jpeg, png, jpg, gif, svg, and pdf”, file size not over 5 MB.
