เงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล Top Spender

1. 1. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีจากกิจกรรม “แจกหนัก จัดเต็ม” วันที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2564  – 30 พฤศจิกายน 2564 
   2. ผู้ส่งพัสดุครบ 80,000 บาท ขึ้นไป รับฟรีเครื่องชงกาแฟ NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Mini Me  มูลค่า 4,490 บาท จำนวน 20 รางวัล
   3. ผู้ส่งพัสดุครบ 200,000 บาท ขึ้นไป รับฟรีGarmin Smartwatch รุ่น FORERUNNER 245 มูลค่า 13,990 บาท จำนวน 5 รางวัล
   4. ผู้ส่งพัสดุครบ 350,000 บาท ขึ้นไป รับฟรีiPad Pro 128 GB  มูลค่า 27,900 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล
   5. FastShip แจกของรางวัลรวม 27 ชิ้น มูลค่ารวมกว่า 215,550 บาท
   6. ของรางวัลมีจำนวนจำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้ที่ส่งครบตามที่กำหนดก่อน มีสิทธิ์ก่อน
   7. สงวนสิทธิ์ 1 รางวัล/1 บัญชีผู้ใช้ เท่านั้น และหากไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลได้เกิน 15 วันทำการจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
   8. ผู้ได้รับของรางวัล จะต้องแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันสิทธิ์ในการรับของรางวัลดังต่อไปนี้
      1. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนที่ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับ FastShip
      2. บัญชีไลน์ที่ใช้สมัครสมาชิก FastShip
      3. อีเมล์แอคเค้าท์ที่ใช้งานส่งพัสดุไปต่างประเทศกับ FastShip
   9. หากไม่สามารถรับรางวัลเองได้ และมีประสงค์ให้ผู้อื่นรับรางวัลแทน บุคคลนั้นจะต้องมี
      1. ใบมอบอำนาจ
      2. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้มอบอำนาจ ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับ FastShip
      3. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ
   10. ผู้ได้รับรางวัล ต้องเดินทางมารับด้วยตนเองที่บริษัทฟาสต์ชิป สำนักงานใหญ่  ภายในวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2564 
   11. ตอนส่งมอบของรางวัล ผู้ได้รับรางวัลต้องมีการเสียภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายไว้ 3% ด้วยตนเอง 
   12. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอย่างอื่นได้
   13. หากตรวจสอบได้ว่ามีการทุจริต ทางบริษัทจะถือว่าเป็นโมฆะทุกกรณี
   14. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและของรางวัลได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
   15. เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. We announced the customers who get the prize from the promotional campaign from 20 October 2021 to 30 November 2021
   2. Those who send in parcels up to 80,000 THB get a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Mini Me valued at 4,490 baht, 20 prizes.
   3. Those who send in parcels up to 200,000 THB get a Garmin Smartwatch Model FORERUNNER 245 valued at 13,990 baht, 5 prizes
   4. Those who send in parcels up to 350,000 THB get an iPad Pro 128 GB valued at 27,900 baht, 2 prizes.
   5. FastShip is giving away grand prizes more than 27 prizes worth over 215,550 Baht.
   6. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
   7. The prizes are limited to those who send parcels submitted all the required amount first.
   8. All honorees must be able to provide proof of the following eligibility.
      1. A copy of the ID card that matches the name registered with FastShip.
      2. The email account is used to send international parcels with FastShip.
   9. All honorees must come to the head office to receive their prizes in person within 15 January 2022.
   10. All honorees have to pay 3% withholding tax by themselves according to the law stipulated in Article 9 of TorPor.4/2528.
   11. The right is reserved to receive a gift only 1 time/ 1 FastShip member throughout the promotional period.
   12. FastShip reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company’s decision is deemed finally.
