Store Credit will be suspended on 1 July 2022 onward.

On July 1, 2022, you will be unable to deduct the credit from your previous credits. However, the feature will remain until June 30, 2022 at 6.00 pm. for deduction in case you have additional payments. After that period, it will no longer be available.

 

It is recommended for those who have a store credit balance to withdraw a full amount of your remaining balance to your given bank account until July 31, 2022.

 

If you do not withdraw the amount from the store credit, we will only give a “shipping discount coupon” valued equivalence to your remaining balance. It will be notified by your registered email and will be valid until November 30, 2022.

 

If no action is taken within the specified period, it will be considered a forfeiture of the right to use the credit and request a refund.

Those who have a balance in store credit, can withdraw money back. by following these steps

 

1. You can check your credit balance at:

My account >> Payment Statement or  https://app.fastship.co/customer_balance
2. You can withdraw funds to your bank account by following the steps below.
  1. My account >> Payment Statement >> Withdraw
  2. Enter bank account information >> Press ‘Withdraw’ >> Press ‘Submit’

 

Refund period is 15 working days, excluding Saturday – Sunday and public holidays.
