1)Repacking Dry Food

• For general dry food items, our team carefully places cushioning materials in the empty spaces between products and on top of the box to prevent any impact during transportation.

1.2)Repacking Dry Food with Non-Standard Packaging

1. 1. 1. Remove Unsafe Packaging: Take the food out of any unsafe packaging.
      2. Vacuum Seal: Pack the food into vacuum-sealed bags and seal them with a vacuum sealer.
      3. Placement: Place the vacuum-sealed food into the box.
      4. Cushioning: Add extra cushioning materials in the empty spaces inside the box to prevent movement during transport.

If your packaging lacks an English label, we provide a labeling service to create and affix labels to your products at no additional cost!

2.)Repacking Liquids

Liquids can easily leak or break, making proper repacking crucial to minimize these risks.

Steps:

• • Secure the Lid: Ensure the lid of the packaging is tightly closed, then wrap it in double layers of cushioning material to prevent any leakage during transit.
  • Placement: Place the wrapped liquid container into a box filled with cushioning materials, such as bubbles or air bubbles, to absorb shocks and minimize movement during transportation.

3.)Repacking Fragile Items

Fragile items require special care and protection

Steps:

• • Cushioning: Wrap fragile items in two layers of thick bubble wrap to safeguard against impacts and vibrations.
  • Box Placement: Place the wrapped item in a properly sized box—not too large or too small—and fill any gaps with cushioning materials.
  • Sealing: Securely seal the box with strong tape, ensuring there is adequate cushioning surrounding the item.
  • Labeling: Clearly label the box as “Fragile” to alert handlers to handle it with care during transport.

Package Claim Policy

With our Repack service, you gain enhanced protection in the event of any damage to your package. Let’s compare the claim conditions for standard packages and those that have been repacked!

**Note:

1. Products that are easily breakable, such as glass, ceramics, and mirrors, are not covered under warranty conditions.
2. The coverage when using the Repack service does not include damages incurred during domestic transportation or while the parcel is in transit to FastShip.
3. For parcels weighing under 20 kilograms, we reserve the right to determine the most suitable Repack method at our discretion without prior notice.
4. For parcels over 20 kilograms that have unsuitable packaging for international shipping, customers can request the Repack service during the shipment creation process.
5. The repacking process may take time, which could result in the parcel not being shipped out on that day, and shipping costs may be subject to change.
