1. We offer a free parcel pickup service and a free drop-off service at Thailand Post office when using the service under the following conditions.

• • For Express Service
    1. 1. Free pick up by Flash Express, Kerry.
       2. Free pick up by FastShip (when sending the parcel up to 2,000 baht, only in Bangkok and metropolitan area)
       3. Free drop off at Thailand Post offices.
       4. Free drop off at the Fastship branch (Only in Bangkok and metropolitan area)

1. • For Standard Service
     1. 1. Free pick up by FastShip (when sending the parcel up to 2,000 baht, only in Bangkok and metropolitan area)
2. In the case of sending parcels, both Express service and Standard service are combined.
   • Bangkok and metropolitan area

Free pick up by FastShip, when sending the parcel up to 2,000 baht

• • Other provinces

Pick up will be charged as usual.“It is recommended to separate the pick-up express service and the standard service in order not to lose the free offer.”

3. In case you decide to cancel the order or your parcel cannot be delivered but you want to return it back, you will receive a partial refund.
4. FastShip reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the company’s decision is deemed final.
